How regular is your running habit for this time of night? If this is a regular thing, perhaps it is time to do it during the day for a while. Someone less than a good person might have less than good intentions.... Do you carry personal protection of any kind?

I only go on my runs during the night because of school and my job, it’s the only time I have to do it.
I’m going to go out and get some reflective strips to slap on my butt just so I stand out and people won’t be suspicious of me.
And no I don’t carry any protection..Umm I can try to run to a persons backyard? Go to a place where a car can’t follow me
either a coincidence or a cause for concern
Like a neighborhood watch thing? I -did- have my hoodie on and it’s kinda late, so I guess I looked like a thief?
So I just came back from running and during the end of it this car started to follow me with their high beams on.
I thought they were just going to pass me by (like every other car) but they were intentionally going slow. I didn’t know what to do except to keep on running home, they turned the last street before I got to my block.
Never happened to me before! The heck happened?? It was pretty creepy.
